Weekly service is performed on a set route day. You agree to provide safe access to the pool and equipment, including gate codes or keys where needed, and to secure pets during service visits.
Repairs and equipment replacements are quoted before work starts. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are provided by the manufacturer. Any workmanship guarantee we offer will be explained when the work is quoted.
Payment terms, billing cycles, and any cancellation terms for recurring service are provided when you sign up for service.
H2O Pool Service is a licensed, bonded, and insured Arizona contractor, ROC #288595.
To the extent allowed by law, H2O Pool Service is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Arizona law.
